The European School of Mol is urgently looking for an ICT assistant for a temporary replacement to start as soon as possible until the end of October, with a possible extension if needed.
As an IT assistant you will join in a small team in charge of monitoring and assisting in the development of the school’s ICT systems and support service for safe, effective use of pupils and staff.
Principal tasks:
- Develop the Office 365 environment:
- Administrate and develop the school’s SharePoint intranet page
- Develop and finetune digital workflows (Power Automate) and document libraries (Teams/SharePoint) in collaboration with its users
- First line support:
- Fixing equipment, including printers and scanners (known as peripherals)
- Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems
- Testing and servicing equipment
- Helping to fix general IT issues
- Explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Help to arrange IT facilities throughout the school for planned events and activities
- Content management of the school’s external website (downloads)
Profile
- A Bachelor in IT or equivalent training with ample experience
- Experience with ICT support
- Good knowledge of SharePoint development and administration, incl. Power Automate
- Experience in an educational environment is a plus
