    MAINTENANCES AND REPAIRS of HVAC (heating and air conditioning) and VENTILATIONS SYSTEMS

    Due to computer problems, last Friday, June 12th, our email inbox experienced problems in receiving external emails, and we do not know if the bidders sent the email to request the date and time of the technical visit.

    For this reason, the Contracting Authority has decided to grant an extension of dates with the following deadlines:

    Email Request for a technical visit: until Monday 22 of June 2026 before 16:00

    Technical Visit: From the 24 of June until the 3 of July (The European School will grant a date and time to each bidder who has requested it)

    Technical question for the tender: until Friday 14 of august at 12:00h

    Deadline to submit offers: Tuesday 26 of Agoust at 15:00h
